黒麹仕込薩摩（くろこうじじこみさつま）

芋臭い。どちらかというと甘い感じの芋臭さだ。
まろやかな芋の味。すこし、とろっとした感じもする。
少し氷が解けると、すっきり感もでてくる。
でも、芋の感じもしっかり出ている。
氷は解けすぎる前がいいですな。
