PHP-STATS、深刻なバグで配布中止。

PHP-STATS0.1.9.1bに深刻なバグが見つかった模様で、ダウンロードが出来なくなっている。昨夜見たときにはダウンロード画面が表示されたのに。（全く同じバージョンを過去にダウンロードしていたので、そっちを使ったため、ダウンロードはしなかったけど。）
